By using Understudy you agree to these terms.

The service

Understudy finds job postings, prepares application materials from the information you provide, and submits applications on your behalf when you approve them or enable Autopilot. Employers make hiring decisions; we don't guarantee interviews, offers, sponsorship, or that any posting is still open.

Your responsibilities

• The information in your profile and resume must be true. Understudy is designed not to invent experience, but you are responsible for reviewing what is sent in your name.
• Only apply to roles you actually want and are eligible for. Don't use Understudy to spam employers or to apply on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Some employers restrict automated applications. Automated assistance is not guaranteed to be undetectable, and you choose when to use it.

Accounts

Keep your login and access tokens private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or employer systems.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
